Our Mission:
The Cowtown Hamfest was founded in 2008 with the goal of offering quality service and education, with hands-on activities as well. Our offerings aim to serve the Ham Community in general, as well as anyone desiring to further their Ham Radio Experience. Our event strives to provide an environment that’s conducive to meeting the needs of the Amateur Operator at all levels. Each year, our committee reviews and evaluates current operating procedures, the gear that is available, interests common across the Ham Community, and programs providing increased knowledge and skills. We strive to ensure that we are offering the best and most complete experience possible for each attendee.
